Commentary: When Global began this work, the hotel had recently
changed hands and was facing - following a total renovation - a bad press
due to years of decline and neglect.
We overcame the crisis, and obtained a high level of positive response and
favourable opinion that undoubtedly led to the hotel reaching the level of
occupancy and the good reputation that it now enjoys. |
