The above-mentioned tasks can be detailed in the following way:
Advertising: Collaboration in the selection
of the advertising message for Spain and creation of the "keys"
phrases. Production of the planning media and negotiation with the media
to obtain the best rates. In our last planning programme we obtained
a total of 70 % discount in favour of our client.
Promotion: Creation of a tourist product for Spain
in collaboration with the hotels for tours of the area (creation of
tourist package of: hotel offers + excursions, hotel + beauty, hotel
+ health). Production of an interactive CD for presentations, selection
of promotional articles to be used in Fairs and in FAM trips for the
press.
Communication: Production of the required articles
and press releases, selection of photos and compilation with computer
support to send to the media; telephonic and personal follow-up of the
news up to publication, preparation of the Press Book, organisation
of fam trips for press and agents.
Public relations: Fitur, Sict, shows, dinners, prizes,
events, etc.
